Coche 1/43

You can realize how small the wheels are, besides it has a not so pwerful magnet, so it is very easy to get out of the tracks. in one of the following posts I will have the picture of a SCX car, a real hobby one.

1/43 car

And now a 1/43 car. they are not so bad, but they have very thin wheels and are not so powerful. Besides, it has been decorated by my son.

New picture. A HO car

Hello

Hello everybody: This is my first experience wih blogs. I expect it will be a good one. I have always liked slot cars and races. I am from Spain. In Europe slot cars are not toys, they are something more. You can find them in specialised shops and in general stores. But you can find more than sets, you can buy tracks, cars, parts, everything. That is because they are small pieces of art with many details. When I arrived here I could not find them in normal stores, and my first surprise was finding a set for only 3 dollars in a yard sale. I was more than surprised. two cars, tracks ..for only three bucks. But it was normal, it was only a toy with two HO scale cars. The only store I have found in my area closer to the "european way" is in Burlington Mall (New Jersey) and the name is Allied Hobbies. But you can not find parts, only cars and sets. Do you know any close to Philadelphia area? Thank you for sharing. Anyone who wishes to participate can do it in English or in español...
